Registration

*ONE Registration Fee Includes the following for the Registered author:

• Welcome reception
• Printed Name Card
• Name card holder
• Folder
• Participation in the technical program
• Printed Participation Certificate 
• Proceedings 
• Printed Program Booklet
• Coffee breaks on conference presentation day
• Lunch on conference presentation day

Once Your paper is accepted the registration process begins. you have to complete the following four steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, there will be discount on additional papers registration (please ask info@iicbe.org for discounts). Please see the FEE in the main page of each conference. The regular fee will be charged upto 6 pages and after that additional USD 35 per additional page with be charged.

Please ensure while making ONLINE payment that the online payment should be credited in the account of “International Institute of Chemical Bio & Environmental Engg.” with paypal Account of: info@iicbe.org

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer
All authors/one author that is representing all the authors  have to sign (for the individual paper) Copyright Transfer Agreement Form, and email the scanned form in  PDF/JPG/PNG format at info@iicbe.org

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper submission
All the paper must adhere to IICBEE double column guidelines and must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format. So that, the necessary fine tuning can be done. If the author is NOT able to format the IICBEE Provides the formatting facility with USD 30 dollars to be paid by the author alongwith the FEE.

Step 4 - Registration
ONLY Email the filled registration form   (.doc/.docx format);  signed copyright form;   final paper/poster/abstract  (.doc/.docx format); and Proof of payment  at email id:  info@iicbe.org . One registartion is must to publish a paper and in that ONLY one person can attand the conference  and can get  all as mentioned in *ONE Registration Fee above. If coauthor also like to register then each coauthor has to pay the Listener registration fee inorder to get registered and get all things as covered in *ONE Registration Fee above.  

If author has more than one paper in the same conference then the author has to pay ONLY 50% of the total fee in order to publish the additional paper.

The additional fee discount can be applied but In that case ONLY the author that is registered for both the papers can attend the conference (if co-author like to attend then they need to pay co-author fees).
